5. Inspection & Refund Processing
- Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it for eligibility.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- If opting for a replacement or exchange, return shipping charges of up to ₹150 will apply.

7. Non-Returnable Items

- Gift cards
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
8. Exchanges
